All our items are handcrafted with care. Orders typically require 2–4 business days for processing before shipment to ensure quality and attention to detail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We currently ship within the United States (excluding P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses). Because our pieces are handmade in small batches, some items may ship separately; if so, you will receive tracking information for each package.
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order—once a package is shipped, we’re unable to make changes or reroute it. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us within 7 days so we can make it right.
